Top 5 Reasons to Join A Peer Group

           1. Trust

The confidential nature of a peer group allows members to share both positive and
negative business information that they would not be comfortable discussing with
           individuals within their organization.

           2. Perspective
When a business owner is heavily engaged in the organization’s day-to-day operations, it can
be difficult to spot problems before they arise. Peer group members can provide unique and
diverse perspectives based on first-hand experience.
           3. Education

Knowledge is power. Peer group discussions allow members to learn new information from
one another that they would otherwise not have access to.
           4. Motivation

It’s all too easy to get stuck in a rut. Encouragement and support from other members can
provide the inertia needed to break an old cycle and move forward in a new direction.

           5. Collaboration
This is the true power of the peer group. Focusing the combined energy of all members on
one problem or goal can produce powerful results.
