Seek to inspire your donors by telling them how your work is changing lives. Donors will be more compelled to give when the appeal is tied to a person, animal, or place in need of assistance.
Personalize Your Campaign
The more personalized you can make your request the more likely you are to get a good response. If possible, personalize each letter to the individual recipient in the first line of the letter, not just in the address bar.
A thoughtful thank you goes a long way in securing the next gift. Plan for strategic follow-up through February to establish and foster ongoing relationships with donors.
