The following words are from Caskey Group President Tony Rife, when announcing Katie’s win:
Our 2015 Employee of the Year started at Caskey in 2003. She’s working on her 12th year of employment here at Caskey. She started as a Customer Service Representative and then became the Digital Operator on our very first digital press called the Nexpress. She moved back into Customer Service a year later. If you would ask her, she would tell you that she basically grew up in this company. As the years went by, she found herself and became more and more focused on her position. In the past 5 years I have personally watched the confidence and the determination in her to become one of the best Client Relations Managers that I’ve had the privilege to work with in my career. She’s not afraid to make decisions and she’s truly become a leader in the front end of our business. She will take whatever is presented to her and figure out a solution to make it happen. There have been days when she came in at 4:00 AM in the morning and stayed to 9:00 PM at night and no one ever asked her to do it. It’s this type of commitment she makes to herself, our clients and the company that truly makes her special at what she does. Clients truly adore working with her. Kathy Kennedy, former MFA Marketing Director recently said that – “Katie Ryan is an Ace when it comes to Customer Service – she made my job easy and allowed me to shine to my superiors – wherever I work at in the future – Katie Ryan will be a part of it.” That’s what she does for the Caskey Group.
